RETURN POLICY

For Items purchased in the store, phone in orders, and Internet orders.

RETURNS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Sunset Park Massage maintains a 30 day return policy for returnable items beginning with the date of delivery, Verified through tracking information and/or receipt. This means the returned product must be in the possession of Sunset Park Massage within 30 days of delivery.

Please notify our customer service department within 5 business days Of any receipt of damage, shortage or MIS-shipment of products. This will allow us to take appropriate action and remedy the situation. We believe 5 business days provides ample time for product inspection. Defective products, wrong shipments, or those damaged during shipping will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at our option, free of charge of course, unless this policy is superseded by the manufacturer's policy or warranty. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and, if applicable, shipping both ways. Shipping Insurance is nonrefundable.

We promise to move quickly.

Please save any damaged product(s) and packaging until asked by Sunset Park Massage Supply to discard. We may need them returned or inspected. Items must be returned in original packaging.

If damage or shortage is noted at time of delivery, please mark Bill of Lading. This will help us file any claims necessary.

Sunset Park is a discount massage supply warehouse. Because we offer such reasonable prices, most of which are far below the full retail price, we cannot afford to accept returns on items that cannot be resold as new.

Further, consumables such as disposable headrest covers, massage oils, cremes, and lotions, videos, books and software and brochures are also NOT RETURNABLE.

All items covered in leather or vinyl, including bolsters, massage tables, and chairs, body cushions, etc., are inspected for visible flaws before they leave the store. Items with torn or damaged fabric are not returnable for credit.

AFTER 30 DAYS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Any issues after 30 days must be addressed to the manufacturer directly, as they fall under the manufacturer's warranty.
